Due to an increase in demand, our service division at Beaucare has grown rapidly over the last 10 years, and offers a comprehensive and robust maintenance program for equipment in care homes, hospitals and the healthcare industry. As a recognised leader in the care sector, we always work within industry guidelines, and are accredited with ISO 9001 quality standards. We offer extensive medical equipment servicing and technical support, with our team of dedicated engineers undertaking the maintenance and repair of all forms of care home equipment. We understand that effective care home equipment is essential for patients to perform day-to-day tasks safely, and this drives the development of our quality aftercare service.
Making It Easier For You; A Personalised, Organised Servicing Experience
We make the servicing process as swift and easy for the customer as possible. Firstly, by using a non-contractual agreement, we keep a personalised servicing record for each of our clients. This enables us to track when equipment is due for inspection under LOLER regulations, as well as other servicing dates, so that you don’t have to. We then notify our customers in advance to arrange a convenient inspection date.
All PDF certificates are emailed immediately upon completion of inspection, with quotes for any repairs (if applicable) also issued at this time. We have a bespoke online web portal which allows customers to log in and view certificates from recent and historical inspections, ensuring you have up-to-date documentation at all times.
Both our 12 month and 24 month service agreements offer the choice of servicing only, LOLER Inspection only, or both, meaning you can tailor your Beaucare servicing plan to suit your specific needs. This ensures effective servicing in terms of fulfilling the exact services you require, as well as providing a payment plan and timeframe that works for you.
Fully trained staff are available to offer help and advice over the phone, and they will always try their best to avoid any unnecessary call out costs where possible.
Proven High Quality Servicing Standard
All Beaucare engineers are LOLER certified, fully trained with a range of manufacturers for both new and existing equipment, and they regularly review MHRA alerts and manufacturer updates to constantly provide the highest quality service to suit all maintenance needs.
Whilst servicing your equipment, we carry out rigorous testing and a thorough inspection every time. Our engineers will only pass equipment inspections after meeting all of the stringent criteria, using a tried and tested checklist.
Efficient, Time-Effective Repairs
Our Beaucare service vans carry a full range of parts and spares from a variety of manufacturers, saving you time and avoiding stress with the majority of repairs being carried out on site and on the same day as the initial visit.
Our Beaucare workshop has been specifically designed for the testing and repair of a range of equipment, including mattresses, scales and hoists. Equipment which cannot be repaired on site is collected and returned to the workshop, where the item will be repaired and dispatched as soon as possible. If the item is essential to the home, which we understand is frequently the case in care environments, we will, where possible, provide loan equipment until the repair work is complete.

Not only does our service division offer the highest quality servicing, we do so at an extremely competitive price. Without ever compromising on safety, we try our utmost to save customers money wherever possible. Using bespoke software, our service support team monitor spending on individual equipment, and offer unbiased advice on whether items are beyond economical repair. As a customer, you will also be eligible for discounts on equipment replacements.
Furthermore, our 12 month/24 month service agreements feature a price lock for their entirety.
