Delivery Times

Coronavirus COVID-19 Statement - We are currently experiencing exceptional levels of calls and enquiries, plus the additional orders and deliveries this entails. The Beaucare sales and service customer services teams are working hard to assist our customers and orders for current account and regular customers are taking presidence over new.  Therefore, we are unable to accept new account customers at this time. If you have any queries, please use the usual communcation methods. Our warehouse are working around the clock to ensure deliveries are getting out as quickly as logistically possible, but due to the level of orders we currently cannot commit to a next day delivery service. 

 

We aim to dispatch all mainland UK web orders within two days of receiving the order. If an item is temporarily unavailable for any reason, or has a longer lead time, then you will be notified of the revised despatch date and given the opportunity to cancel your order. Your credit card will be debited prior to despatch of your order.

If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly.
