Harrogate based supplier of hygiene medical supplies and equipment to private care homes, hospitals and individuals, Beaucare Medical Ltd, have officially been welcomed to Saint Michael's Guild of Patrons.
Beaucare's Managing Director, Jonathan Brown, made the decision to join the charity's prestigious community of corporate donors in order to invest in the long term future of Saint Michael's, whilst giving something back to the local community in which he both lives and runs his business. Jonathan Brown added that 'Saint Michael's is a charity close to both myself and a number of employees working here at Beaucare. We therefore decided to show our commitment to the work that it does in the hope that it will continue to provide the same, if not a better and extended service within the local community'.
Tony Collins, Chief Executive of Saint Michael's presented Beaucare with the Guild of Patron's plaque earlier this month, which is now proudly displayed in the Beaucare offices. Tony Collins commented that 'By becoming members of the Guild, Beaucare will play a key role in helping us achieve our mission to care for double the number of local people living with terminal illness and bereavement by 2012.'
Jonathan Brown and Beaucare Medical are proud to be welcomed into the Saint Michael's Hospice Guild of Patrons and looks forward to further developing its relationship with the both the hospice and all Guild members.
