All servicing is carried out to industry standards including LOLER certification for hoists and slings. We can offer this on an ad hoc or service contract basis.
Our dedicated service department, have a team of fully qualified and CRB checked engineers, offering a six month or annual equipment inspections. Our fleet covers the UK and can undertake the works on or off site using manufacturer's parts if required. The team can service and repair any brand of healthcare equipment including Arjo Huntleigh, Gainsborough, Oxford, Harvest, Guldmann, Invacare etc.

The dedicated team of service engineers undertake servicing, maintenance and repair of all care home equipment. Beaucare’s service division offers full servicing programmes to all care homes, hospitals and other healthcare industries. Using a non-contractual agreement, Beaucare keep a personalised servicing record in order to track when equipment is due for inspection under LOLER regulations.
12 Month / 24 Month Service Agreements

- Beaucare has a bespoke online web portal which allows customers to log in and view certificates from recent and historical inspections.
Service Support Team
The professional service support team at Beaucare keep track of LOLER inspections and other servicing dates, notifying the customer in advance to arrange a convenient inspection date. Fully trained staff are there to offer help and advice over the phone, avoiding unnecessary call out costs where possible.

Beaucare put all equipment through rigorous testing and carry out a thorough inspection every time. The engineers will only pass equipment inspections after meeting all of the stringent criteria, using a tried and tested checklist.
The Beaucare service vans carry a full range of parts and spares from an extensive variety of manufacturers. The majority of repairs are carried out on site, on the same day as the initial visit. The Beaucare® workshop has been specifically designed for the testing and repair of equipment including mattresses, scales and hoists. Equipment which cannot be repaired on site is collected and returned to the workshop, where the item will be repaired and despatched as quickly as possible. If the item is essential to the home, Beaucare® will, where possible, provide loan equipment until the repair work is complete.

Using bespoke software the service support team are able to monitor spending on individual equipment and offer unbiased advice on whether items are beyond economical repair.
