Larger items, including furniture and commercial products, will be delivered by a Beaucare Medical van or one of our trusted suppliers. Our customer service teams will contact you after the sale of higher value items to discuss the logistics of your item.
We cover the majority of mainland UK through supplier and internal distribution; therefore, please make us aware of any special requirements before or straight after placing an order.
On specified items, we offer an installation charge payable at the time of your order. With this service, a Beaucare trained expert delivers and installs the product whilst demonstrating key features and how to maintain your new purchase.
Standard delivery takes from 3 working days; the exact lead time we offer after your purchase is subject to your postcode and our logistical coverage. Our customer service team are on hand to help with any queries you may have before and after your purchase.
If you live in a highland, island or rural postcode, delivery may take longer than 7 working days. We won’t be able to finalise your order during online checkout; however, we invite you to contact us to explore how to get our products to you through an external courier network.
