Profiling

Profiling beds often have many comfortable positioning benefits that can reduce immobility complications.

These beds often have a platform consisting of two, three or four sections depending on the complexity and level of profiling.

Sections on a profiling bed can incline independently so that the bed’s backrest, knee and sometimes foot areas can raise or lower, resulting in increased comfort for the patient or individual.

Often they are designed and developed with the medical and care sectors in mind.
