Your agreed rate is locked in for the full two years, giving you cost certainty and protection against price increases.
You’ll be assigned a dedicated Service Account Manager who will oversee your entire servicing schedule. They ensure biannual checks are completed on time, typically 1–2 weeks before your legal due date, so your equipment remains compliant. They also act as your constant point of contact, thoroughly familiar with your account, and provide:
We will never carry out repairs without your approval. Our engineers will always explain the necessity of any recommended work. For faster turnaround, you can choose to pre-authorise repairs up to £300 on-site – improving first-time fix rates. All required parts are brought by the engineer, so there’s no need for you to receive or store them unless time constraints require otherwise.
Once the initial two-year period ends, you’re free to end the agreement at any time with no further obligation.
We provide easy-to-access, fully digitalised asset reports including make, model, serial number, age, condition, location, and inspection results. This includes a complimentary condition report on all assets, helping you forecast repairs, plan CAPEX budgets, and reduce unexpected call-outs.
