Online pricing

The price you pay is the price shown in the checkout section of the website at the time you place your order. If an error in pricing occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

How to place an order

To place an order over the Beaucare website, browse the product items, clicking the 'Buy now' icon next to the product(s) you wish to purchase. Once you have finished browsing, enter the checkout by clicking 'Go to checkout' at the top of any page. Once in the checkout, you will be taken through a secure ordering and payment procedure, after which you will be sent email confirmation of your order and payment.

Please note that all communication in the ordering and payment process is in English.

Secure payment

Our online ordering service is hosted on a secure server - you can be confident that when you send your details they will be held in a safe environment. Once your order has been processed the details are permanently removed from the website, unless you choose to create an online account.

Delivery costs

Delivery costs on web orders are calculated based on the total weight of each order and fall into one of six categories:

Delivery times

We aim to dispatch all mainland UK web orders within two days of receiving the order. If an item is temporarily unavailable for any reason, or has a longer lead time, then you will be notified of the revised despatch date and given the opportunity to cancel your order. Your credit card will be debited prior to despatch of your order.
If the goods are lost in transit, please let us know promptly. If items are damaged in transit, please write 'Damaged on receipt' clearly on the courier delivery note and inform us promptly.

Smaller Items

Smaller products are usually delivered within 5 working days, Monday to Saturday, 7.30am - 6.30pm. We use our own nationwide fleet coupled with trusted couriers to fulfil deliveries across mainland UK. Some couriers may deliver slightly earlier or later.

Larger Items

Larger items, including furniture and commercial products, will be delivered by a Beaucare Medical van or one of our trusted suppliers. Our customer service teams will contact you after the sale of higher value items to discuss the logistics of your item.

We cover the majority of mainland UK through supplier and internal distribution; therefore, please make us aware of any special requirements before or straight after placing an order.

On specified items, we offer an installation charge payable at the time of your order. With this service, a Beaucare trained expert delivers and installs the product whilst demonstrating key features and how to maintain your new purchase.

Standard delivery takes from 3 working days; the exact lead time we offer after your purchase is subject to your postcode and our logistical coverage. Our customer service team are on hand to help with any queries you may have before and after your purchase.

If you live in a highland, island or rural postcode, delivery may take longer than 7 working days. We won’t be able to finalise your order during online checkout; however, we invite you to contact us to explore how to get our products to you through an external courier network. Once approved, we will place your order to arrange delivery. We always aim to deliver your order within 7 working days, but it’s subject to product, postcode and carrier availability.

Extended Lead Times

Most of our furniture is made to order, therefore it may take time to be sent out to you. Our trusted suppliers work hard to ensure the products they manufacture are of the highest quality and fit for the use in which you require them. Our customer service teams will be in contact after the sale to make you aware of any specialist product or delivery information. We work with various manufacturers, who help us offer you a broader range of products. These suppliers may offer different delivery times and options. Please wait until the regular delivery due date has passed before contacting us.


You can cancel your order at any time up to 7 (seven) working days after the day of delivery. This must be done in writing and e-mailed to sales@beaucaremedical.co.uk or faxed to 01423 873 444. You do not have to give any reason for cancellation; however a brief explanation will help us improve the service we offer to customers in the future.

If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against any damage. If you fail to return the goods, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us, and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.
You may not cancel your order if there are health and safety or hygiene issues relating to products, such as medicines and sanitary products.

This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights - for example, if goods are faulty or mis-described.

Returns policy

We accept the return of all items, which are returned within 14 days of delivery and in their original packaging and condition. Under these circumstances we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item (less delivery charge.) You will be responsible for the cost of the postage to return the goods. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refunds will only be given after the returned item has been received and inspected. It is recommended that you use registered post or recorded delivery when returning goods.

Items will need to be returned in their original packaging and condition to be able to process your refund.

Simply return your item(s) using your local postal service, please note you are responsible to pay the postage.

Mark your parcel ‘Returned Goods’ and send in the original package to:

Refunds will only be given after the returned item has been received and inspected. It is recommended that you use registered post or recorded delivery when returning goods.

The following categories of products will not be accepted for return or refund:

  1. Single-use or body-worn goods
  2. Non-catalogue or customised product lines
  3. Products ordered to a customer’s specialist specification - these may be catalogue lines
  4. Damaged items due to misuse or unauthorised repair
  5. Damaged items due to fire, water or smoke
  6. Opened or partly used goods
  7. Products where the seals and/or labels have been removed

It is illegal to send contaminated goods through the post therefore Beaucare Medical Limited and parties acting on our behalf reserve the right to not handle items that do not meet specific requirements.

Our refund policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act or other applicable legislation.

Ownership of goods

Title and ownership remain the property of Beaucare Medical Ltd until goods are paid for in full.

Privacy policy

We collect no personal information about you when you visit our website unless you choose to contact us. We do ever, collect and store certain information automatically. Here is a list of information, which is automatically collected during your visit to our website:

  • Your IP address
  • The type of browser and operating system used to access our site
  • The date and time you access our site
  • The pages you visit

Beaucare Medical Ltd cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions contained within the website.

Product representations

The company also reserve the right to change or amend colours, dimensions and specifications without prior knowledge.

For continuity, the company may find it necessary, on occasions, to source a product from an alternative supplier that may not be identical to the price list description. Dimensions printed within the product description are approximate and are intended to be guidance or comparison, rather than an exact description.
